Field service operations platform

Run quotes, crews, and cash in one place

FieldMint combines CRM, proposals, a customer portal, drag-and-drop scheduling, jobs, crews, contracts, purchase orders, and billing—built for teams that work from trucks and job sites, not conference rooms. Each company gets its own catalogs, roles, and portal branding so the product fits how you operate.

Per company

A serious workspace—not a shared demo tenant

Every subscribing organization gets its own configuration layer: catalogs, terminology, and rules that reflect your operation, while the same product powers dispatch, field work, and payments for everyone.

Stripe handles cards for your customers; platform billing for FieldMint stays separate—clear money boundaries for finance.
  • Customer types you define

Name the segments that match your trade—HOA, municipal, commercial, homeowner, or anything else. Control parent accounts, portal signatures, default deposits, and proposal follow-up timing per type.

  • Branches & service lines

Your offices and the services you sell are yours to configure. Crews, skills, and job divisions align with how your company actually dispatches—not a one-size-fits-all list.

  • Templates, kits & price lists

Reusable service templates, material kits, and pricing live under your organization so estimates stay consistent and on-brand.

  • Branding on the portal

Customers see your company name and visual identity in the hub where they approve, pay, and message—separate from every other tenant on the platform.

  • Roles for your roster

Admins, ops, account managers, foremen, and office staff each get permissions that match responsibility. Membership is scoped to your workspace only.

  • Modules when you’re ready

Enable contracts, purchase orders, deeper reporting, and more as you grow. Your subscription stays one product—no re-platforming to unlock the next stage.

  • Company calendar & billing context

Holidays and operating rhythms are configured per organization. Customer payments flow through Stripe in a way that respects your org’s setup.

  • Hard walls between companies

Data access is enforced in the database: customers, jobs, proposals, and financial records never leak across tenants. You operate in a dedicated slice of the product.

Under the hood, row-level security and organization membership keep each tenant's data distinct—so "multi-tenant" isn't marketing language, it's how the app is built.

How teams run on FieldMint

A straight line from quote to cash—so sales, operations, and finance share the same reality.

  1. 01

    Quote & send

Build proposals with clear sections and optional add-ons. Email a branded message with a secure portal link—customers review without another login.

  2. 02

    Approve & pay

Clients sign when your process requires it, toggle optional scopes, and pay deposits or balances online. Payment history stays visible in the portal.

  3. 03

    Schedule & dispatch

Move work from an unscheduled list onto crew calendars. Filter by branch or service, see capacity at a glance, and adjust when weather or priorities shift.

  4. 04

    Execute in the field

Crews see the jobs that matter. Update status, capture details, and keep office and field aligned—without chasing texts and screenshots.

  5. 05

    Bill & learn

Turn completed work into invoices, sync subscription billing for your org, and use reports to refine pricing and utilization over time.

Why teams switch from “good enough” tools

Generic project software wasn't built for recurring routes, weather days, or deposit-backed proposals. FieldMint matches how service businesses actually operate.

One workspace

Fewer handoffs

Sales sees schedule context; dispatch sees proposal status—without exports.

Customer clarity

Portal + email

Clients approve, pay, and message in one branded hub.

Your org only

Scoped data

Multi-tenant architecture: your customer types, branches, and records stay separate from every other tenant.

Serious payments

Subscriptions and customer checkout use the stack finance already trusts.

A partner for operators, not another empty CRM

FieldMint is opinionated where it matters: proposals tie to jobs, jobs tie to crews, and billing ties to completed work. Turn on advanced modules when your process is ready—without re-platforming later.

  • Proposal → schedule → field → invoice in one thread
  • Contracts and POs when procurement needs them
  • Subscription billing that matches how you sell FieldMint internally
  • Reporting when you’re ready to optimize utilization
“We needed one system for the schedule and the crew—not five tabs and a whiteboard. FieldMint lines up with how we actually dispatch and get paid.”

Built for production operations

Share this section with IT or finance reviewers who ask how data and money move—clear boundaries, no jargon walls.

  • Organization-scoped data

FieldMint is built multi-tenant: your customers, jobs, and financial context stay tied to your workspace—not mixed with other companies.

  • Payments through Stripe

Card payments for your customers run through Stripe Checkout. Platform subscription billing uses the same mature stack—sensitive card data stays with Stripe.

  • Modern cloud foundation

The product is powered by Supabase (Postgres, auth, and Edge Functions) so you benefit from encryption in transit, backups, and a path to scale.

Specific compliance certifications (e.g. SOC 2) depend on your deployment and contract. We're happy to answer security questionnaires during evaluation—use Book a call to reach the team.

Questions clients ask

Answers your marketing and sales team can forward as-is. For bespoke security or legal review, use Book a call.

Which industries does FieldMint support?
Any business that dispatches people to job sites: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, property maintenance, and similar trades. If you run crews, routes, and recurring visits, the workflow fits.
How does customer-facing email work?
Outbound mail (for example proposal sends) uses a configured email provider integration so messages arrive from your brand. Your team sets up the integration during onboarding; we can walk through it on a call.
Can customers pay without calling the office?
Yes. The customer portal supports paying deposits and balances through Stripe Checkout when your organization has connected Stripe. Customers see payment history and remaining balance in the same hub.
Do we have to use every module on day one?
No. Modules can be enabled gradually—proposals first, then contracts, purchase orders, or reports—so you match how your team adopts software.
How does pricing work?
FieldMint is sold as a team subscription with included seats and straightforward add-ons. See the in-app pricing page for current plans, or book a call for volume or annual options.
What happens in the 14-day trial?
Your team can explore the product flow, invite users, and validate scheduling and proposals against real scenarios. Subscribe when you are ready; there is no credit card required to start exploring.
Is our data isolated from other companies?
Yes. The application is multi-tenant: each organization’s records are scoped in the database with access controlled by membership and roles.
Do we share dropdowns and terminology with other FieldMint customers?
No. Customer types, branches, service lines, holidays, skills, and similar catalogs belong to your workspace. You name segments the way your trade talks—HOA, municipal, commercial, or anything else—and those choices don’t appear for other tenants.
Can we get help migrating from spreadsheets or another tool?
Book a session to discuss import formats, customer structure, and a sensible cutover. We focus on practical steps—not a forced big-bang migration.
